Prints

You can now buy prints of my work!

I am pretty excited about the whole experience, and the guys over at Thumbtack are great. I don't know how many more prints we will be doing together or what, but I will definitely keep everyone posted.

I have been hounded for prints for years now, and never really found the right place to do it until recently. I tried to give everyone a little of what they wanted in the four that I picked (at least concerning what prints people have asked for). I have been asked a lot for prints of The Hare and The Dove, so if I ever figure out how to get a decent picture of it I will be sure to get that up there too (I think even my mom would buy a print of that).

My apologies for the lack of posting in the last week or so. The weather that I talked about before ended up plunging the city of St Louis into a world with no electricity for almost a week. We didn't have electricity or heat for 4 days, and with 15 degree temperatures it wasn't all that much fun.

My life has been taken over entirely by the Wii, and Christmas shopping. Thankfully my shopping was officially completed this morning....the Wii is a different story though. And speaking of, if there are any other Wii players out there send me your Wii numbers. For the love of god i want a Mii parade.

I will try to get another piece/progression up here by the end of the day. For a while this is going to be the only place to see new work, because i wont be updating my site for a few weeks. I am working on (another) site overhaul. I am tired of scrolling.

Congratulations.

I could say that the new DevArt print system is quite usable and good, but I would be staggeringly biased in that regard (although truth be told part of what initially kept me at DA was the Prints feature).

I am glad you are still active and visible. I do admire your work.

Happy Holidays Matthew

i second (thrid..fourth..nth?) the motion for prints of the hare and the dove. i also put in a vote for the elegy of the phantom limb or the album art you did for helios (if the type people dont already own the rites to that piece.. i dont know how these things work). in the next couple months as my income becomes a bit more stable i would love to buy a print of one of those.
